Oriental Chicken Salad

Fresh greens tossed with crispy wonton noodles, mandarin oranges wasabi almonds and balsamic vinaigrette. Topped with grilled chicken and cilantro.

Sinclair Caesar

Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, shaved parmesan cheese and our homemade croutons. Topped with our house-smoked salmon.

BBQ Chicken Salad

Crispy chicken, black beans, corn, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, tortilla strips and cheddar-jack cheese all laid across a bed of fresh greens. Topped with ranch dressing and BBQ sauce.

Hubcap Cobb

Fresh greens topped with grilled chicken, chopped bacon, avocado, tomatoes, bleu cheese crumbles and hard-boiled eggs.

Texaco Taco Salad
