for doing a phenomenal catering job at our wedding. The food was
amazing. Attendees raved about the flavor and selection. The
staff was very helpful and on the ball. They did everything to
ensure that the day was smooth and enjoyable for everyone. Ellie
was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding. We made
quantity changes, cocktail hour adjustments and went from
serving cake to gelato- all of which she responded to with a can
do "no problem" attitude. She remained within our budget and
delivered high quality product and performance. I highly

Carr’s Restaurant,
I just want to take
a moment and thank Carr’s for making Paul’s and mine big day so special.
Our wedding turned out exactly how we wanted it too. You took our ideas
and brought them to life right before our eyes and for that I cannot
thank you enough.
Since our wedding I
have been talking to people and explaining how it was all put together
and I just keep realizing more and more how much you really did. You
went far and beyond the call of duty. From the cake table, to setting up
the chairs in the park for us, you did more than I ever thought a
caterer would be willing to do and you made our day flow so well.
Also, just in
planning and meeting with you to coordinate our ideas was such a
pleasant experience. Paul and I really felt like we were being heard and
I felt like I could tell you any idea and you would make a way for it to
happen or be incorporated into our wedding.
The food. It was
delicious! That was one of the main things people remember from our
wedding was how good the food was and how well it was displayed and
dispersed to the guest. If I could do this whole thing over… I would
pick Carr’s over and over again. Best decision I ever made, besides
marrying my now husband of course.
