   Chris and Ellen Carr were recently married on the Big Island of Hawaii, but their story together starts many years before. In fact, Chris and Ellen have lived and worked in the Lakewood area all of their lives, and have become active members in the community.

   Chris started his career with his aunt, Marcia Crelling, owner of Marcia’s Silver Spoon Café in Tacoma. He began at the age of fourteen as a dishwasher and has worked for the past ten years in every other aspect of the business. Along the way, he gained an appreciation for the dedication and hard work that it takes to make sure the customer's experience is the best it can be. His love of the business and dedication to excellence is part of what makes Carr's Restaurant such a special place.

   Ellen’s career also started at Marcia’s over 8 years ago. She too, has worked in several aspects of the business ranging from a prep cook to waitressing. Ellen knows from experience that good customer service is not enough. The staff of Carr's Restaurant is committed to providing a fun, family-friendly atmosphere that will have you revved up to come back again!
